A couple of quieter days ont he training front. Thursday was a stretching/mobilisation and recovery session, and yesterday was complete rest, so we were both itching for a big one today...and what a session it was. We also had Fitness First Bedford's newest PT (Rob) join us, and apart from the big callus tear, I think he enjoyed it.
Continue reading "Training Sat 4th Sept"

Bank Holiday monday, and a good weekend. No training over the weekend due to Kat and Phil's wedding, which was a great day, and big congratulations to them. Grant was back training today (but no Rob who wanted to join us unfortunately) and back on the heavy bells (Grant 20kg, Paul 28kg), so a good hardstyle session.
Continue reading "Training log Monday 30th August"
