Wednesday was our last boot camp on a wednesday, it will be swtiching to Tuesday from the 6th April. Our session on Wednesday was;
Warm Up - Jog
Wall Burpees x 10 Standing Squat x 10 Bench Knee Lifts x 10 Tyre drag - crawl on all fours 10m x 2 100m run Kettlebell (on rope) Hammer swing - x 10 times each direction
Tyre Wood Chop (against tree) - 5L/5R x 3
Wheelbarrow 10m x 3
Speed ladder hopscotch - forward and backwards x3
Repeat twice, and first section 3rd time.
