People aren't sure what Boot Camp Circuits are all about, so I am going to post our routines after each session, to give people more of an idea. Tonight's session was;
Warm Up - Jogging
Car Tyre Side throw - 20m x2 Lateral Hand crab along ladder - 4 lengths Angled Rows with gym rings - 10 Commodo Dragon Press ups - 10 TurningĀ Sumo Squats - 10 Bench Burpees - 10
Sprints with tyre on harness - 30m x3
Tyre throws from person to person - 10
Kettlebell (2x12kg) Farmers Walks - 15m x3 Overhead kettbell throws (8kg) - 20m x3
5 second sprints with 25 secs active recovery - 4
Full circuit repeated once, First section repeated a 2nd time.
