Well, I can safely say that Saturdays event, the first ever Girevoy Sport at Fitness First - Bedford, was a lot of fun.
Congratulations to Tom the overall winner, and commiserations to Paul, losing by 1.5 points! It was a very close run contest, and I've no doubt the next one will be even more hotly contended.
Many thanks to everyone who took part, and I look forward to seeing even more people having a go at the next event. I will hopefully be posting some of the competition photo's shortly.
