Another great boot camp in the priory gardens tonight, and a big thank you to the guys for coming down in some rather unpleasant weather. Felt good to do some functional work with the lorry tyre, so thanks to Vince for that!
Also had an interesting conversation with the local police this week about doing some training for them, so we will see how that progresses....watch this space!
