I organise and operate Boot Camp Circuit training in the Priory Gardens, Royston. Training is on a Wednesday Evening at 7.30pm, and Saturday Mornings at 10.30am. Boot Camp Circuits are a high Intensity mix of bodyweight exercises, and unconventional training with tools such as tyres and kettlebells, pluscardiovascular training to lose weight and body fat, and develop strength and power. |
